Meet Your Trainer

Mats Kemper

Although Mats was born in Holland, he spent the majority of his childhood living in foreign countries. After graduating secondary school with an International Baccalaureate diploma, he finally returned to Holland to study International Business. Quickly realizing that his true passion laid in movement and health, Mats moved to Scotland to get his undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Ever since, he has continued to educate himself in fitness and recovery and has accumulated several other diplomas and certificates.
